Faculty Exam and Desk Copies

We will provide qualified college faculty with examination and desk copies from our college textbook list. Complete the fields below and click Submit. Please note that we can only process requests that contain a complete school address and course information.

For Exam Copies (texts under consideration): Fill out and submit a separate form for each exam copy you request. If the book you are looking for is not in the drop-down menu, it is provided as an exam copy at the discretion of Brown-Spath & Associates. Call Patrice Spath at 503-357-9185 to have your request considered.

For Desk Copies (adopted titles): One desk copy per adoption will be provided to instructors who have submitted a bookstore order for a Brown-Spath & Associates title as a required text for their course. Faculty members should request desk copies of a particular text only after the book has been adopted. The desk copy will be approved provided the instructor has not previously received an exam copy of the text.

Shipments will only be made to a university address. Examination or desk copies will not be sent to private addresses.

Exam and desk copies are shipped via USPS 4th class media mail within the U.S. Please allow 7-10 working days to process and deliver your request. For RUSH shipping or for International shipping, please provide a credit card number and email your request directly to Brown-Spath & Associates. Include in your email message the information requested below.
