License Agreement

Please read the following terms before submitting your request for Instructor Materials provided by Brown-Spath & Associates. Your request will be processed only if you accept the terms and conditions contained in this nonexclusive, nontransferable license agreement.

The Instructor Materials and their contents are owned by Brown-Spath & Associates (BSA). You may use them to teach courses for which a BSA textbook is required and may distribute relevant materials to students in these courses (including online courses). The contents may not be made public or transmitted to, or otherwise shared with, any other individual without the prior express written permission of BSA.

Any violation of these terms will be deemed a breach of contract or an infringement of copyright, or both, and will render you liable for monetary damages, injunctive relief and any other legal remedies available to Brown-Spath & Associates. Your agreement with these terms expressly includes your acknowledgment of such liability resulting from their violation.
